Underground Distribution
CUSTOM Electrics can design and install the underground power services to your residential, commercial or industrial development. From single homes to multi-Lot developments, we expertly design service layouts in accordance with the relevant electrical standards. We also can help you with your residential or commercial development, including design and installation of a Site Main Switchboard, required for WAPC approval.
We liaise with Western Power to ensure your projects run smoothly. As we are ‘Service Apparatus Connection Scheme’ (SACS) and ‘Contractor Connect Scheme’ (CCS) accredited, we can install Western Power meters on their behalf. Before you submit your application to Western Power, we can provide professional advice or complete and submit the forms for you. We also work with ATCO Gas and plumbing contractors to ensure only one trench is opened on multi residential sites.

Smoke alarms are essential for your safety, and it is a requirement of the Building and Regulations Act 2012 that smoke alarms are replaced every 10 years. Our job is to ensure the smoke alarms we install in your home are of the highest quality. You can also appoint us to carry out maintenance inspections and replacement of smoke alarms if you decide to sell your property.

Every six to twelve months, we can perform maintenance inspections to ensure your emergency and exit lighting is in order.
